TJ Gustafson, CPA, is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with over seven years of diverse experience in auditing, accounting, and financial management. He has built a proven track record working with nonprofits, government agencies, and defined benefit retirement plans, consistently delivering tangible improvements in efficiency, productivity, and quality of deliverables.

Throughout his career, TJ has held senior roles where he led audits, managed full-cycle accounting processes, and implemented advanced financial systems. At Goldin Group CPAs, he served as the primary contact for multiple nonprofit clients, supervising teams and overseeing grant reporting and budgeting for agreements exceeding $1M. His experience as an internal auditor at Gannon University and as a senior auditor at Maher Duessel CPA Firm further refined his expertise in compliance, risk management, and strategic financial planning.

Holding an MBA and a BS in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University – Erie Campus, TJ is proficient in key accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, Bill.com, and Caseware. He is known for his strategic mindset, exceptional relationship-building skills, and ability to adapt to diverse personalities, all of which help foster trusting partnerships.
